Update

• It's Summer and...I'm enjoying going to the pool, watching the birds on my back porch (even if they do make a huge mess), and listening to all of the crickets, cicadas, and whipoorwill's at night

• My friend Scott found out that according to an IQ test, he is a Genius....i'm not sure I'd want to know something like that about myself....

• My friend Colin is moving back to Ohio (I've always known he is a genius). I know he is bummed about it, but I hope it works out for the best.

• I'm getting around to starting another blog (a comic blog) called She is Me. The first illustration is done...and i hope to have the first post done sometime this week.

• My sister got engaged (I vote for a wedding in Germany)...and is moving to NY...a much colder place to visit than her current Las Vegas location.

• Harry Potter (movie) comes out in one week. I can't wait...I know I'm a geek.

• Lewis Libby got a commuted sentence today and I'm pissed.

• Happy birthday to: Tiffeny, Nina, Matt, Bob (Sr. and Jr.), Sheri, my Grandpa...and anyone else I might have forgot.

• New favorite things: organic "tater tots", mustard, spirulina (my solution to not eating vegetables), azam ali (a person/musician), the pierces (a band)

More to come...stay tuned

You are not a geek for looking forward to Harry Potter movie. A geek would be me who is not only looking forward to Harry Potter movie, but has also seen Spiderman 3 (Horrible movie), Fantastic Four 2 (Suprisingly, a really good movie), and is eagerly looking forward to the Transformers movie as well.

You forgot to mention that the Harry Potter book is also coming out really soon, in July I believe.

Mustard made me laugh. It does rock, 0 calories or fat with tons of flavor, but that is a staple for anyone. Are you a converted mustard hater?

Here's a good tip if you want some yummy-mustardy snack goodness. Go to the frozen foods section and find the Morningstar Farms products. They are all healthy and delicious, but my favorite is the vegetable corn dogs. They are awesome. You can drown them in mustard!!

I think I wrote more here than my own blog oh well!

First of all, you are a geek and I hate Harry Potter... I can hear the "boooo's" and Hisses now.. whatever. I just have never been a fan but i will admit it looks a lot better than all of the other crap that is out there for kids and adult kids.
Secondly, i cannot believe that YOU like mustard... i am in shock.. whats next vegetables? Salads? Sheep brain?
Thirdly, NY may be cooler temp wise but it is WAY COOLER in all other respects than this dusty hell hole. Alright maybe hell is a bit severe (except for the summer, how am i spending my fourth of July? Inside because it is going to be 116 degrees!) And you only visited me once... (i know, i know, i haven't been to memphis YET... YET!!! but i will... now i will be living closer!)
Alright this is the almost as long if not longer than Bible's comment. (PS congrats on the Genius thing!) so i will say a fond TTFN!
See you soon! OH and why do you have to approve all comments?

I'm sorry you hate HP...It's really fantastic in so many ways...

I do love mustard. It's tasty. I don't need to start liking vegetables because i take spirulina, so there.

Yeah, Vegas is hot and kitschy and over done, but you are FOUR hours from CA, and close to lots of other cool stuff. We are close to: a swamp and (worse yet) Alabama. It's not terrible here or anything, but the opportunities for excursions are much more limited. I'm sure NY will be fine, even in the blizzards and endless months of snow.

I approve comments because for awhile I was getting tons of "junk" comments from spammers. No place is safe these days....

Thanks for the birthday "shout-out." I've started taking spirulina too! You know they even have an Odwalla bar with spirulina. I think it's called "super food."
